Shipping policy

At ShopTAA, we manage our shipping processes according to the following plan in order to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

1. Shipping Time

Approved orders are handed over to the cargo within 3 business days following the preparation process. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the first following business day.

2. Delivery Times

After the products are shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic (Turkey): 3 business days.

• Other Countries: Maximum 14 business days, depending on the distance of the delivery address from Turkey.

Note: ShopTAA cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by cargo companies or customs operations.

3. Order Tracking

When your order is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to you. With this number, you can track the status of your package through the cargo company's system.

4. Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, and other import costs that may arise according to the laws of the recipient's country belong entirely to the buyer. ShopTAA has no control or responsibility over these charges.

5. Damaged Packages

If there is visible damage to your package when receiving your order, please have the cargo officer prepare a report (damage assessment report) and contact us without delay at shoptaa@theantisocialanimal.com.
